Common questions
The alarm didn't ring at the end of a focus block
Open the iPhone Settings app → Apps → InFocus and make sure Alarms are allowed. If you declined alarms, InFocus uses notifications instead, which may stay quiet in Silent mode or during a Focus. Allow them in the same place.
I can't hear the beeps when the phone is locked
Check that Sounds or Voice is on in InFocus → Settings, and that your iPhone volume is up. With both turned off, InFocus doesn't play audio in the background; the alarm at the end of the workout still rings.
The timer doesn't show on the Lock Screen
Open the iPhone Settings app → Apps → InFocus and turn on Live Activities.
How do I start a timer with Siri?
Say “Hey Siri, start a Pomodoro in InFocus” or “Start a Tabata in InFocus”. You can also start any saved preset by name, or add these actions in the Shortcuts app and to the Action button.
How do I change the app's language?
InFocus follows your iPhone's language. To use a different one just for InFocus, open the Settings app → Apps → InFocus → Language.
Can I keep a copy of my history?
Yes. In InFocus, tap the gear, then Export history, to save or send a CSV file you can open in Numbers or Excel.
How do I delete my data?
Everything lives on your iPhone. You can delete single sessions in History, or delete the app to remove all of it. Nothing is stored anywhere else.
